During the month of June, Wilbur the Pig will be collecting monetary donations for our Faith Formation’s diaper bag project. Funds will go to purchase needed items for diaper bags and toddler bags that will be donated to the Lutheran Social Services of the South-west (LSS-SW) foster care program. LSS-SW staff have told us these bags have been a huge blessing to the families taking in new kids, so please know that your donations make a difference in the lives of foster families! In addition to monetary donations, the Faith Formation team is accepting in-kind donations of the following:
- Sippy cups
- Plastic bibs
- Hand sanitizer
- Sunscreen for babies
- Pull ups for boys
- Pull ups for girls
- Toddler books
- Flushable wipes
- Toddler eating utensils
You may place your donations in the containers marked for the Diaper Bag Project in both worship spaces. Thank you for your support of this ministry!
